Sculpt organically shaped vases and objects!

In this 2.5-hour ceramics course, you will create 1-2 vases or objects using highly grogged scupting clay. The coil technique allows you to create pieces with a beautiful organic look.  There are no limits to your creativity when it comes to shaping and decorating your pieces!

Course Content:

• You will receive a general introduction to working with clay, different types of clay, processing techniques, and tools.

• You will learn to build and shape your piece using the coil technique

• A variety of stamps, carving and shaping tools, as well as underglazes and stencils will be available for decoration.

• Once your pieces are finished, we will fire, glaze, and fire them again. You can choose a glaze from our studio glazes.

• Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup 2-4 weeks after the course. We will notify you via email.

Course Details:

• 2.5 hours of intensive pottery

• Opportunity to create up 1-2unique objects

• Use of all materials, tools, firing and glazing services included

• Water, tea and coffee will be provided for you

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

You can reschedule to a different course date or cancel the course up to 7 days before it starts for a full refund. After that, refunds or rescheduling are no longer possible.

The course is limited to 8 participants and is not suitable for children under 16 years.
