Shipping policy

1. General

We deliver our amazing products directly from our workshop, our online shop and our sales partners within Germany and the EU.

Shipping orders to some areas within the EU may not be possible and are dependant on our shipping and logistics partners.

In addition to the product prices indicated we also charge flat-rate shipping costs based on the weight and size of your purchased products. Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.

2. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by a shipping service chosen by molekūl ceramics. The delivery dates we provide are estimates and are non-binding. We want to get your purchased goods to you as quickly as possible and we will, in some cases, make partial deliveries unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Bulk orders

We typically only sell to private individuals through our online store (§ 13 BGB) in reasonable quantities for the use of a single household. If you would like to order larger quantities or have specific shipping needs, please contact us at hello@molekul-ceramics.com and we can make special arrangements for you.
